PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of filling inferiority and welding inferiority by providing at least one or more through-hole to a core member to arrange the core member in a mold so as to demarcate a space at least between one side surface of the core member and the corresponding surface of a mold at a time of mold clamping and charging synthetic resin foamable particles in the space to foam the same under heating. CONSTITUTION: In a mold opening state, a core member 2 is arranged on a core member support member 8 in such a state that the leading end part of the core member support member 8 is inserted in the recessed part of the core member 2 and appropriate gaps 11, 11 are arranged between the core member 2 and both side wall parts 3c, 3c. Next, a cavity 5 is filled with synthetic resin foamable particles by a filling gun 6 and a through-hole is provided to the core member 2. Further, by setting gaps 11, 11, 12, 13 to appropriate sizes, the filling of the cavity with the synthetic resin foamable particles can be uniformly performed within a short time without generating filling inferiority. Thereafter, cooling water is injected into the cavity from steam holes 7, 7 to cool a molded product and a mold is opened to take out a synthetic resin foam composite being a molded product. |
