PURPOSE: To effect the bonding of ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, prominent in resistance to chemicals and transporting property, rigidly by a method wherein an urethane resin-diene rubber bonding agent layer is formed on the surface of a synthetic resin pipe while an ethylene-propylene-diene rubber layer is arranged on the surface of the bonding agent layer. CONSTITUTION: An urethane resin-diene rubber bonding agent layer 2 is formed on a synthetic resin pipe 1 while an ethylene-propylene-diene rubber layer 3 is provided on the surface of said bonding agent layer 2. A phenolic resin pipe, a polyphenylene oxide pipe or polyvinyl chloride resin pipe is preferable for the synthetic resin pipe 1 when a resistance to chemicals, easiness in obtaining and the like are considered, further, the phenolic resin pipe is more preferable. The thickness of the bonding agent is preferable to be 0-100μm, a bonding temperature is preferable to be 150-200 deg.C while coating method of the bonding agent is brush coating, flow coating, dip coating, roller coating, spray coating and the like. Either one of continuous method or batch method can be applied on the coating method of the rubber layer 3. |
