CONSTITUTION: A plastic fastener has a pair of male and female hook claws 13, 11 which are formed on the surface of a plastic film 10. Apart from the locking parts of the fastener, on the inside of the male hook claw 13 and female hook claw 11 a sealing part 31, 33 capable of combination on the respective sides is formed. |
