PURPOSE: To improve rigidity and thermal resistance and to reduce the weight by forming a lens holder of a compsn. formed by adding fillers exhibiting a hollow particle structure to a main raw material consisting of a high-rigidity resin material. CONSTITUTION: The optical lens holder 21 of the optical head part 20 of this optical head actuator is formed out of, for example, polyphenylene sulfide(PPS) as a main raw material. The high-rigidity resin materials having high rigidity and heat resistance, such as liquid crystal polymers(LCPs), are applicable in addition to the PPS as the main raw material. The essential components of the fillers may be glass, etc., having the hollow particle structure in addition to silica. The compsn. ratio is preferably in a range of 1 to 20wt.% and the particle size of the hollow particles is preferably in a range of 5 to 100μm in terms of the compatibility of the weight reduction with the rigidity and heat resistance. |
