FIELD: emergency rescue of flying vehicle crew. SUBSTANCE: to ensure up-floating of crew from underwater position, firing mechanism and rocket boosters are combined by separation charge and are connected with reaction nozzles through receiver. Reaction nozzles are located in nose portion of flying vehicle on its sides symmetrically relative to its longitudinal axis. In an emergency, when flying vehicle is submerged in water, signal is generated for operation of firing mechanism and rocket boosters. In this case powder gases flow to receiver through separation charge and pipe lines. Receiver is used for equalizing and stabilizing the pressure of gases. From receiver gases flow to reaction nozzles (engines) through open valve, thus providing for required turn of flying vehicle due to energy of firing mechanism and rocket boosters till longitudinal axis of flying vehicle has been brought to level. In this position, connector of on-board systems and seat is uncoupled, canopy is jettisoned and seat is emerged by means of pontoons. Upon reaching the water surface, shoulder strap fastener and pilot leg-restraint and arm-restraint webbing are cut off. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency without additional power sources. |
