FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: product: complexes of organocobalt (III) with tridentate Schiff bases of the formulawhere R - alkyl that can be substituted functionally. General formulas of the proposed compounds are: (I), (II), (III), (IV), (V), (VI), (VII)and (VIII). Compounds show selective effect at relatively low pH value that can be additionally decreased by artificial hyperglycemia. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of antitumor therapy, decreased dosage of cytostatics, detection of new modifying agents. |
