PURPOSE: To obtain a recording liquid having good printing quality and light emitting property and improved also in scratching property without depending to kinds of media to be recorded and provide ink jet recording method and recording apparatus using the same. CONSTITUTION: This recording liquid containing at least pigment, an alkali- soluble type resin and water has (a) <=0.3μm average particle diameter of the pigment, (b) 100-120% neutralization ratio of an alkali-soluble type resin, <=20000 weight-average molecular weight and a content in an amount of >=3 times based on the pigment. This ink jet recording method and this recording apparatus comprise using the recording liquid. |
