A stand for food products useful for baking in microwave ovens, comprising a central cylindrical stem (2) the lower end of which has a widening (9) below which two overlapping parts (4) and (5) are fitted to the lower end of such stem, both parts having the same irregular shape, each being provided with a number of elements supporting the food products, that have pointed top ends (7) and cylindrical bottom ends (8), the top end of the said stem (2) having a widening that defines a handle. The lower cylindrical ends (8) of the elements supporting the products are useful as supporting means or legs for the unit.
