The device is designed to devide an egg into the yellow and the white automatically. The device includes : an egg input section located at an end of a conveyor; an alignment section for arranging eggs in parallel; a washing section having a brush roll; a dryer section having an injection nozzle for washing water and a blower; a disinfecting and sterilizing section; an egg shell removing section; and the white and the yellow removing section.
