摘要

PURPOSE: To stepwise promote a video image enjoyment desire of the user with respect to a video service by limiting stepwise only the quality of an audio and image signal in the attribute of a video image as information of the user to retrieve the video image so as to properly deliver a motion of the video image and a scenario. CONSTITUTION: A video quality processing section 14 of a video quality controller 15 allows a video quality selection information processing section 3 to convert the information into video quality selection information in accordance with a desired grade selected by a subscriber using a video quality selection device 2. A video image attribute control section 5 retrieves a video quality attribute cross reference information storage section 4 on the information and gives information such as a retrieved band width, a resolute and a monochromatic gradation number to a video quality control section 6. The control section 6 extracts video information stored in a video information storage section 11 and displayed on a display device 13 by processing stipulated by cross reference information of the control section 5. In parallel, a charge imposition processing section 8 retrieves a charging information storage section 7 on the basis of the video quality selection information to calculate the charge.
