PURPOSE: To provide a method for regulating the speed of a capacitor motor having a small output and a high rated voltage in which the cost can be re duced. CONSTITUTION: A method for regulating the speed of a capacitor motor comprises the steps of providing a speed switching switch 4 via a capacitor 3 connected in parallel with an auxiliary winding 2 connected in series with a main winding 1, and providing a weak contact 6 connected to a lead 5 drawn from the midway of the winding 2 and a strong contact 8 connected to the connecting unit of the winding to a power source 7. |
