PURPOSE: To compose optional image data on the basis of a specific color included in it. CONSTITUTION: Luminance data Y and color difference data R-Y and B-Y outputted by A/Ds 103-105 are written in a RAM 112 by a bus controller 111. A flag which is set to 1 when the data shows the specific color is written in the MSB of each word. A CPU 113 converts the luminance and color difference data into a RGB-based color code and transfers the conversion result to VRAMs 116 and 117. In this case, data having a flag value 1 set in the MSB is converted into a color code showing a transparent color. Image data being the color code transferred to the VRAMs 116 and 117 are composited by a VDP 115 according to specific priority and converted into digital image data of RGB, which is outputted. Specially, when the color code of the transparent color and other codes are composited other color codes are preferentially outputted. |
