PURPOSE: To provide a laser device which is small in size but has a high output per unit area, that is, a high luminance by providing the device with a semiconductor laser array, a laser resonator array, a microcollimator lens, and a condensing lens. CONSTITUTION: This laser device consists of a semiconductor laser array 10, a solid-state laser resonator array 20, a microcollimator lens array 30, and a condensing lens 40. In the semiconductor laser array 10, 18 semiconductor laser arrays 11 are installed at intervals of 500μm on a semiconductor laser array bar of 10cm in length. The solid-state laser resonator array 20 has an Nd:YVO4 crystal 21, the solid-state laser medium, which is installed face to face with the semiconductor laser array 10, and an optical member 23 which is installed face to face with the microcollimator lens array 30. On an end face of the Nd:YVO4 crystal 21 which faces the semiconductor laser array 10, 18 minute spherical surfaces 22 which constitute a resonator are formed at intervals of 500μm.
