PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably control potential-current conversion by only adjusting the sizes of transistors without receiving any influence from power supply voltage, input voltage, and process conditions. SOLUTION: A potential-current converter is constituted of an amplifying means 10 which amplifies the input VIN of a constant-voltage source inputted to a noninverting terminal, a converting means 31 which converts a voltage outputted from the amplifying means 10 into a current, a current mirror circuit 32 which is constituted to divide the current from the converting means 31 so that currents having nearly equal values may flow to two transistors M2 and M3, a potential maintaining circuit 33 which maintains the potentials impressed upon the transistors M2 and M3 at the same value, and an output current mirror circuit 34 which makes the current from the current mirror circuit 32 to be maintained constantly.
|
