The method produces the patterned board for decorating the surface of a wooden door, a sink, furnitures, stationaries and so on. It improves a decoration effect while managing a firm attachment of the patterned board. The method comprises the steps of forming a plurality of various shapes(2), cut on a thin wooden board(1) of a thickness of 0.5mm-3.0mm; inserting pattern members(3) into the cut shapes(2) and applying adhesive tapes(4,4') on the pattern members(3); coating an adhesive on the back of the board and bonding the patterned board on the surface of the furniture; removing the adhesive tapes(4,4'); laying a transparent resin(7) on the surface of the patterned board.
