Low molecular, metabolism-activating active substance mixtures extracted from yeasts of the Saccharomycetes order are characterised in that they are extracted from yeasts of said Saccharomycetes order cultivated for a few hours at temperatures from 37 DEG C, then heated up to maximum 45 DEG C, cooled and further processed in a manner known per se.
