<p>PURPOSE: To provide a molding method by blowing and its apparatus which effectively uses the energy of compressed air in a sand magazine as much as possible to a molding and effectively use a specific pressure of the compressed air and can provide the mold having uniform and high hardness. CONSTITUTION: In the molding method for filling molding sand 4 in the sand magazine 3 into a molding space of the mold demarcated with a pattern plate 1, molding flask 2 and the sand magazine 3, the molding sand 4 is charged into the sand magazine 3 having a projecting hole 11. At the same time of making the inner part of the sand magazine 3 the high pressure by introducing the compressed air into the sand magazine 3, the inner part of the molding space in the mold is made to the high pressure by introducing the compressed air having >=3kgf/cm<2> . At the point of time when the pressure in the sand magazine 3 and the molding space in the mold are balanced in a prescribed pressure, the air in the molding space in the mold is quickly exhausted.</p> |
