PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly support a piezoelectric element by a simple structure by arranging the piezoelectric element in the recessed place of the substrate being in contact with the ink duct surface of a plate member containing ink and fixed to the plate member. SOLUTION: An ink jet printing head has a substrate 1 adapted to a piezoelectric member, and the piezoelectric member is provided to the substrate 1 by coating the top part of the substrate 1 with a plastic coating layer 2. In assembling an ink jet array, a plate member 3 is set to such a state that the surface having an ink duct thereof is arranged on the plastic coating layer 2, bushes 8 are accurately fitted and inserted in holes 5, 6, and the substrate 1 and the plate member 3 are arranged mutually accurately. An inner threaded hole 9 is provided to each of the bushes 8, and bolts 10 are screwed in the holes 9 to mutually fix the substrate 1 and the plate member 3. A block 14 is fixed on a projected part 11 by bolts 10 through a packing 13. |
