CLEAN ROOM BUILDING STRUCTURE

摘要

PURPOSE: To effectively utilize a restricted site area via the elimination of a construction size for a utility building to form an air conditioning machine room or a servicing room, and provide fine vibration environment as well as vibration resistant environment against an earthquake effectively. CONSTITUTION: A utility building 14 to install machinery for an air conditioning or servicing system is constructed on the body building 12 where a clean room 24 is formed, and space between the body building 12 and the utility building 14 is provided with the first vibration resistant structure 16 formed out of the parallel array of multilayered rubbers 30 using layered natural rubber of high vibration control effectiveness against a fine vibration, and viscous dampers 32. Furthermore, space between the building 12 and a foundation 20 buried in the ground 18 is provided with the second vibration resistant structure 22 of a multilayered rubbers 52 using layered synthetic rubber of a high damping function as well as a high base isolation effect.
