The device has a spring-loading the shaft (5) in the rolling-up direction and a further device (8) anchors the material strip (4) outer free end part (42) to a fixed point on the bicycle, so that the strip between the shaft and its outer end part can form a pocket (45) for supporting goods. The material strip has a predetermined length which defines the pocket depth relative to predetermined anchoring points for the anchoring device (8). The material strip outer end is provided with a bar which is parallel with the shaft. The bar is made of an elastic pliable material, permitting it to bend when the goods load the pocket. The support device (3) comprises a tubular profile piece (33) with an axial slot and with an assembly flange (32) extending along the length of the profile piece. The rolling-up shaft is rollably placed in the tubular profile piece and the strip extends outwards through the slot. |
