MARBLE LIKE MOLDED PLATE HAVING DEEP FEELING

摘要

PURPOSE: To produce a marble like molded plate having deep feeling even in decreased thickness and free from seeing through a substrate even at the time of being stuck to a plywood or the like by molding a polymerization setting mixture composed of a resin and a filler into a plate shape. CONSTITUTION: The polymerization setting mixture prepared by blending 100-300 pts.wt. mixture obtained by mixing the filler (B) preferably consisting of aluminum hydroxide <=30μm in particle diameter and calcium carbonate <=10μm in particle diameter in the ratio of 50/50 to 10/90 with 100 pts.wt. of an unsaturated polyester resin or an acrylic resin (A) as the essential components is molded into the plate shape 1.0-4.0mm in thickness and 3-15% in full light beam transmissivity.
