<p>PURPOSE: To effectively retrieve a desired document by attaining a page turn- over retrieval operation based on the attribute and image of the document. CONSTITUTION: A storage means 13 stores the document attribute data such as a document name, a store date, blank space information, format information, form information, character information, and the document data including the coding data and the image data. An attribute means 14 converts the document attribute data included in the document data into the document attribute image data and stores these image data in the means 13. An input means 11 reads the document data and stores them in the means 13. A display means 12 displays the document data stored by the means 11 in images as if the pages were continuously turned over. Then an arrangement means 15 arranges and displays the document attribute image data produced by the means 14 in the image of the document data through the means 12.</p> |
