FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: aeroplane has circular fuselage, upper and lower annular wings, cargo compartment with fan drive power plant located in it; fan blades are received by opening of circular fuselage. Upper plane of cargo compartment which is used as lower annular wing has holes which are in communication with circular chamber; this plane is also provided with slotted openings located closer to central axis, these openings are closed by shutters; these openings are in communication with chamber in bottom of cargo compartment.
