FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology. SUBSTANCE: method for evaluation of efficiency of therapy of duodenum peptic ulcer by prognosis of its course consists in determination in patient's saliva of Ca and Mg, calculation of Ca: Mg ratio, and if this ratio equals 4.33 and above, recurrence of peptic ulcer is forecasted. Novelty consists in determination of Ca:Mg ratio in patient's saliva and use it for prognosis of the course of peptic ulcer in children. EFFECT: provision of possibility of prognosis of recurrence of disease due to high specificity of the method. |
