Current surgical methods for malignant obesity do not give satisfactory results and, at the same time, have serious and frequent complications. This is a new method with an adjustable stomach ring and the new adjustable stomach ring avoids complications and at the same time allows laparoscopic placement. The system has been designed in such a way as to be applied within a very short surgical procedure and minimises the surgical injury to the patient.
