<p>PURPOSE: To provide a manufacture capable of mass-producing at low cost a woody material with an excellent physical property by improving a method of manufacturing boards through processing lumber in chips, and effectively recycling waste lumber, used paper, and waste plastics as a source. CONSTITUTION: Waste lumber is processed into small chips and then fed Into a frictional crashing interstice 6 defined between the frictional crashing cylinder 10 and the frictional crashing shaft 7. The frictional crashing shaft 7 is placed inside of the frictional crashing cylinder 10 and rotates therein. The rotating crashing shaft 7 serves to crash chip-shaped waste lumber fed in the frictional crashing interstice under compression and make it fibrous woody materials. The fibrous wood materials are combined by a binder and formed into a predetermined configuration for producing a woody material. The raw material can be blended with used paper and waste plastics as well as waste lumber.</p> |
