PURPOSE: To output relatively large torque also at high-speed revolution by effectively making use of not only magnet torque but also reluctance torque. CONSTITUTION: A motor is provided with projections 7 projecting in the centripetal direction of a motor and as many as permanent magnets 8, and a permanent magnet 8 is fixed between these projections, and the relational positions of a wound commutator 13 and a brush 12 are set so that the direction of the current flowing to each winding of an armature may be changed over in the rotational direction of being slipped by a specified angleθfrom the center axis d of a field.
