PURPOSE: To provide an electrically conductive film coated plated steel plate, which is excellent in end corrosion resistance even under the severely corrosive atmospheric condition in addition to use conditions for a building material, for a home appliance, for an automobile and the like. CONSTITUTION: This electrically conductive film coated plated steel plate is produced by forming an electrically conductive film having the thickness of 20μm or less on a plated steel plate and further laminating a resin paint onto the electrically conductive film so as to obtain excellent end corrosion resistance. Since the steel plate has excellent end corrosion resistance, the steel plate can be widely applied to the field, which requires end corrosion resistance, such as that for a building material, for home appliance, for an automobile and the like. Further, the steel plate has longer life than ever and is effective for the reduction of repair cost and the like.
