There is proposed a lancet (10) for puncture of the skin (11) of mammals, especially humans, comprising a plug-in element (12) provided with a handle (13) and a bushing element (14) provided with a handle (15) for the inner axially (16) displaceable reception of the plug-in element (12), the plug-in element (12) having a lancet (18) provided with a pointed end on its free end directed away from the handle (13) for directed puncture of the skin (11). The handle (13) of the plug-in element (12) is designed at least partially as a resilient body in the manner of a membrane (20) which permits the lancet (18) to puncture the skin (11) via the plug-in element (12) after overcoming a pressure point adjusted on the membrane side by a force acting in the axial direction (34) on the free bushing end (21) with a predetermined impulse from the plane (22) formed by the bushing end (21). <IMAGE> |
