A device for coupling a brake pad (2) and a piston (1) of said brake, wherein the piston has an open inner space (100) bounded by a bevel (101) and having an inner peripheral enlarged portion (102). The device includes a passive attachment member (5) mounted to the support and having an edge (50) spaced from said support so as to provide a gap (51), and an active attachment member (6), slidably mounted within the piston (1), which engages the brake pad by means of first clips (61) that are automatically inserted into the gap, and which engages the piston by means of second clips (62) that are automatically inserted into the peripheral enlarged portion (102) thereof.
