PURPOSE: To leave a product-information printed all together before chip cutting process on a final product as a high quality information by using specified ink composed of a glass material melted at the burning temperature in the burning process, and mixed with a proper inorganic pigment not to be melted in the burning process. CONSTITUTION: In the process before the chip cutting process, a product information including product numbers, model numbers, product names, company names and the like are collected together in respective chip areas on a dielectric material block surface and printed by using specified ink (ST105). Then the given positions of the dielectric material block are cut into small chips (ST106). Respective pieces are eventually formed into electronic parts. A thin dielectric material film pattern is printed by using silver paste or the like on the side faces of cut chips, and an external ground conductive material and a picking-out electrode are formed and burnt (ST107-109). Ink is a mixture containing low melting point borosilicate glass of 50-80wt.%, metal oxide of 50-80wt.% and a binder and a solvent of 5-50wt.%. |
