PURPOSE: To provide a method using a styrene resin solvent for removing simply and effectively residual pieces in a resin mold on a concrete forming surface, and forming recessed and projected pattern on a concrete contact face of a resin mold for placing concrete. CONSTITUTION: A styrene resin solvent containing 1-methyl-4-isopropenyl-1- cyclohexene as a solution effective component is sprayed or applied for coating on a concrete forming surface 10 of a concrete formed product A manufactured by placing concrete on a resin mold having a concrete contact face of styrene resin such as foam styrol to dissolve and remove residual pieces 20 of the concrete contact face of the placed mold. Also a pattern is drawn by a styrene resin solvent of the above-mentioned constitution on the concrete contact face of the concrete placed mold, and styrene resin of the pattern section is dissolved to form a recessed and projected pattern. As the styrene resin solvent, orange oil is used.
