SYNTHETIC RESIN FOAM MOLDING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: To effectively utilize cooling water to achieve water saving while increasing the vacuum suction capacity from the interior of a mold in a foam molding apparatus of a synthetic resin like foamed styrol. CONSTITUTION: The suction route 24 connected to a vacuum pump 23 is provided to the drain 20 of a mold 4 to suck the air in the mold 4 under vacuum at a proper time. A cooling water circulating type condenser 25 is provided to the suction route 24 to cool the air in the suction route 24 to condense the same and an accumulation tank 13 storing cooling water discharged from the condenser 25 is provided and the cooling tank stored in the tank 13 is pressurized by compressed air to be sent to the mold 4 under pressure.
