FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: product: compounds of the formula (I): A-X-(CH)-O-A-A-Y.R, or their tautomeric form, and/or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, and/or pharmaceutically acceptable solvents where A- substituted or unsubstituted aromatic heterocyclic group; A- benzene ring containing three optional substituents; A- group of the formula -(CH)-CH(OR)- where R- substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, aryl, aralkyl or alkylcarbonyl, and m = 1-5; or A- group of the formula -(CH)-CH=C(OR)- where Rand m have values indicated above; R- ORwhere R- hydrogen, alkyl, aryl or aralkyl, or R- aromatic heterocyclic group or -NRRwhere Rand R, means independently hydrogen, alkyl or alkylcarbonyl; or Rand Rtogether with nitrogen atom to which they bound form heterocyclic ring at condition that R- aromatic heterocyclic group only in the case when Y (its value is given below) - bond; X - NR where R - hydrogen atom, alkyl, acyl, aralkyl group where aryl moiety can be substituted or free, or substituted or free aryl-group; Y - CO or CS or a bond at condition that Y - a bond only in the case when R- above mentioned aromatic heterocyclic group; and n = 2-6, and also a method of synthesis of these compounds, compositions containing thereof and use of these compounds and compositions in medicine.
