FIELD: construction engineering, in particular, blocks intended for erection of buildings and structures of various purpose. SUBSTANCE: two prefabricated "shells" of respective dimensions are interconnected forming a solid shell. This solid shell can be made of concrete (but better of heat-insulating material, for example, of foam plastic). This solid air space is formed between the shell and mould walls. The inner shape of the mould has the shape of the given block. The internal air space between the mould and shell is grouted with concrete and closed with a cover. After solidification of concrete grout the mould is opened, and a ready-made block is obtained with new higher thermotechnical properties. The building block has the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped and has a body proper with sides. Semi-cylindrical grooves with chamfers on the ends are provided on its two larger opposite sides. Five variants of the block are available: solid shell with its elongated ends facing one or both end faces, one or both larger sides with grooves. EFFECT: reduced cost, mass of the block, enhanced thermotechnical properties, and saving of heat in the building. 4 cl, 15 dwg |
