<p>A neovascularization inhibitor which comprises as the active ingredient a compound represented by general formula (I) or its salt or a solvate of the same. In formula (I), R1 represents hydrogen or optionally substituted alkyl, aralkyl, arylalkenyl or aryl and R2 represents optionally substituted alkyl, aralkyl, arylalkenyl or aryl. Alternatively, R?1 and R2¿ together with N to which they are bonded may form 4- to 8-membered cyclic amino NR1R2 optionally having N, O or S in addition to the above-mentioned N and substituent(s).</p> |
