DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM FOR SEQUENCE PROGRAM

PURPOSE: To easily confirm the execution time of a sequence program that is carried out within a single scan in a diagnostic system which diagnoses the execution time of the sequence program. CONSTITUTION: When a program execution means 2 carries out a sequence program stored in a program store means 1, an execution time measurement means 3 measures every execution time of the program within a single scan. A comparison arithmetic means 4 compares the allowable execution time stored in an allowable execution time store means 5 with the measured execution time and then operates an execution time rate against the allowable execution time to send this operated rate to a real execution time data store means 6 as the execution time data. Then every execution time data stored in the means 6 is processed into the image data by a display control means 7 and displayed on the screen of a display device 8. On the other hands, an alarm means 9 outputs an alarm when the execution time exceeds its allowable limit value.
