<p>PURPOSE: To enhance the desalting capability of a ceramic desalting agent even in a high temperature zone and prevent a secondary pollution from generating by adding a respectively specific percentage of Al2 O3 , SiO2 , Na2 O and CaO to the ceramic desalting agent. CONSTITUTION: This ceramic desalting agent contains 30 to 70wt.% Al2 O3 , 10 to 40wt.% SiO2 , 0 to 10wt.% Na2 O and 0 to 3wt.% CaO. In addition, all groups of tubes 1 are immersed in a paste containing the desalting agent, and a ceramic coat is applied to the surface of the metal tube of each group of tubes 1. These groups of tubes 1 are linearly arranged in a gas passage 3 for a gas containing HCl which extends vertically. This desalting agent enables dry desalting to be performed without being insufficient in the desalting capability in a high temperature zone. Consequently, it is possible to apply this agent to dry desalting in a high temperature zone in which oils won't stick easily and thus achieve a highly efficient desalting. Besides, any deleterious material which would generate a secondary pollution is not generated at the time of desalting.</p> |
