<p>PURPOSE: To obtain hot water of a temperature as desired without supplying the hot water while maintaining the high temperature higher than required by connecting to communicate a feed water passage of the downstream side from pressure reducing means with mixing means via a bypass passage, mixing hot water in a hot water storage tank with the water from the bypass passage and supplying it to a hot water supply passage. CONSTITUTION: The hot water from a hot water storage tank is mixed with the water from a bypass passage 19 by a mixing valve 15, and the mixed water is supplied from a hot water supply cock 16 via a hot water supply passage 17. In this case, a supply hot water temperature thermistor 20 detects the temperature of the hot water after mixing, and if the detected temperature Ti is lower than the target temperature Ts set by the temperature set switch 31 of a controller C, a drive motor is operated to raise the elevation member of the valve 15, while if the detected temperature Ti is reversely higher than the target temperature Ts, the member is lowered to regulate it to the position corresponding to the target temperature Ts. Accordingly, the hot 'water of unexpectedly high temperature is not supplied, but the hot water of the temperature near as desired can be supplied.</p> |
