This invention relates to a magnetic bulletin board to hold various advertisement on it, wherein the board is composed of the surface layer and elastic magnetic layer, and the elastic magnetic layer comprises PVC resin(100), iron powder(50-400), plasticizer(40-100) and stabilizer(0.3-6) in the ratio of weight. The iron powder is made of iron oxide, reduced iron, magnetite or these mixture.
