The device is designed to perform heat treatment of an impact beam mounted to an automobile for safety of driver and passenger. The device includes : a number of conveying rollers for transferring an impact beam; a heat treatment section having austenites and air cooling section for heating and cooling the impact beam; and cooling section for water cooling the impact beam already heat treated.
