<p>PURPOSE: To obtain an adsorbing structure high in adsorption efficiency and low in pressure loss by alternately laminating net bodies dense in the array of adsorbing base material particles and net bodies rough in the array of the adsorbing base material particles to decrease the contact parts of the adsorbing base material particles with each other and to increase the surface area in contact with gas flow in the adsorbing structure formed from the net bodies on which the adsorbing base material particles are fixed. CONSTITUTION: The adsorbing structure 1 is formed by laminating the net bodies 3 on which activated carbon particles 2 as the adsorbing base material particles are fixed in dense array and the net bodies 4 on which the activated carbon particles are fixed in rough array. The separation of the array either dense or rough is attained by using the net bodies 3 smaller than the net bodies 4 in sieve opening and spraying the activated carbon particles 2 on the net bodies coated with an adhesive. Thus by forming denseness and roughness in layers in the array of the activated carbon particles to decrease the contact of the activated carbon particles with each other and to increase the contact area with the gas flow, the adsorption efficiency is improved and the pressure loss is reduced.</p> |
