<p>PURPOSE: To provide a square-shaped inner bag made of flexible materials, which is contained in an assembly type corrugated board box, and allow the inner bag to be easily taken out of the outer box after use by sticking the inner bag to the corrugated board box at the four corners of upper and lower openings of the inner face thereof. CONSTITUTION: In making a bag in a box, which contains high viscous foodstuffs such as bean paste and curry paste, a corrugated board box (outer box) has side pieces 11a..., bottom pieces 11b, 11b... and cover pieces 11c... provided connectively to one another and, on the other hand, an inner bag is made of heat-sealable and flexible materials of various kinds. A member 11' of the outer box in a developed state is placed on a sheet 12' to be spot-stuck thereon at predetermined points (a) of the member 11'. Then, the member 11' is folded to stick a tongue piece 11a' on a rear face of the side piece 11a, and the inner bag is formed by heat-sealing edges of the sheet 12'. When the member is formed into a square shape by a box assembling machine, side ends of the inner bag stand at its bottom edges to cover the bottom faces of the peripheral walls because the four corners of the lower face of the peripheral walls of the outer box and the central parts of the top ends of the bottom pieces 11b'... are stuck thereon.</p> |
