<p>PURPOSE: To surely execute a phase servo as to a video signal reproducing device and a video signal recording device. CONSTITUTION: When the phase error between the control pulse and the framing pulse to be reproduced from a magnetic tape is within a prescribed error range and when the time while the phase error exceeds the prescribed error range reaches a prescribed time, the output signal from an integration circuit 18 is applied to a control signal generating means 20 and a stationary deviation included in the phase error signal is eliminated. Thus, since the locking range of a phase servo can be extended, the phase servo is surely executed to realize a video signal reproducing device l capable of stably reproducing a video signal.</p> |
