Mentioned above R and Rand Rhave values being given in specification. The process is carried out with the help of water in the presence of acid. Thus obtained alcohol is partially distilled. At the second stage homogeneous reaction mass being prepared at the first stage is treated in the presence of base and insoluble in water organic solvent, water and alcohol being removed by distillation. At the third stage reaction mass being obtained at the second stage is neutralized by acid, thus prepared precipitated salt being removed. At the fourth stage organic solvent being insoluble in water is removed. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method.
