FIELD: glass fiber production, production of lubricant compositions for glass fiber treatment. SUBSTANCE: aim is to produce lubricant for glass fiber treatment, that allows to get high stability and high physical and mechanical properties of treated fibers and to get thermoplastic composition to be used for the purpose. Aim is realized due to development of lubricant, composition of which has: as cation active substance - polyurethane latex with concentration of nitrogen tertiary atoms in dispersed polymer of 0.5 - 0.9 % and average size of particles of 0.07 - 0.1 mcm, hydroxyethyleted fat alcohols of C-Cfraction and with hydroxyethylation - 20, γ-aminopropyltrihydroxysilane and acetic acid under following ration of lubricant components, mass % : 1. g- aminopropyltrihydroxysilane - 0.5 - 1.5; 2. Acetic acid - 0.16 - 0.5; 3. Polyurethane latex with concentration of nitrogen tertiary atoms in dispersed polymer of 0.5 - 0.9 % and average size of particles of 0.07 - 0.1 mcm - 3. -8.0; 4. Hydroxyethyleted fat alcohols of C-Cfraction and with hydroxyethylation - 20 - 0.2 - 0.6; 5. Water balance to 100. EFFECT: increased stability, physical and mechanical properties of treated glass fibers. |
