FIELD: gasoline production; catalytic processes. SUBSTANCE: in order to produce hydrogenizate being antiknock component of automobile gasoline, phenol pitch combined with isopropylbenzene and hydrogenizate is hydrocatalytically processed in presence of hydrogen, hydrogen-containing gas, or methane-hydrogen fraction in two consecutively operating reactors. The first reactor contains two catalysts at volume ratio 4:1, the 1st one including NiO, MoO, Sn, Mg-Si, AlO, and the 2nd including Pd, PEO, Mg-Si, and AlO. Catalyst in the second reactor includes Pt, F, Sn, ZSM-8, and AlO. Aromatic concentrate with octane number 95-105 is obtained at 320- 380 C, 3-5 MPa pressure, and volume velocity of raw material fed into each reactor 2-3 hand volume ratio of hydrogen-containing gases to raw material (1000-2000): 1. EFFECT: high-octane number component from cheap raw material obtained. |
