The circuit comprises a time constant compensating part(40) including: a transistor(Q1) whose base is connected to a control terminal(CT) applied with a video switching control signal being inputted when switching from an external video signal to a RF signal; a capacitor(C2) of which one terminal is connected to a capacitor(C1) and the other terminal is connected to the collector of the transistor(Q1); and a resistor(R1) of which one terminal is connected to a power source and the other terminal is connected to the connection node of the capacitor(C2) and the transistor(Q1).
