The pressure plate unit (1) is rigidly connected to the flywheel (2) of the combustion machine. The spring (4) presses the friction lining of the clutch disc onto the flywheel. The circular surface (8) of the clutch housing (3) joining the pressure plate unit and the flywheel is divided into at least three sectors (A,B,C) and changes in peripheral direction in each sector according to its axial height. The relative torsion between the pressure plate unit and the flywheel causes the axial space between to change for adjusting the spring's pressure force. Each sector is subdivided into two identical sections (A1,A2;B1,B2;C1,C2) with axial height changing peripherally.
