PURPOSE: To provide a taping device which has excellent workability, and is of a small size and a low cost by conducting the rotation of a taping ring and the operation of a work feeding means by one motor, and also converting a feeding speed by an electromagnetic clutch. CONSTITUTION: A work W is inserted into a work through hole 3b from the work in and out path 3a of a support frame body 2 by moving up and down a feeding roll 32 via floating roll handle 33 so as to sandwich the end portion thereof between the same and a drive roll 31. The end of a tape 9 is stuck to the work W, and the motor 13 is started by pushing a switch 35. When a clutch 19 is turned on by a foot switch 36, a taping ring 5 is rotated via a power transmission mechanism so that a tape holder 6 and the tape 9 attached thereto are rotated around the work W. Simultaneously, the work W is fed rightward by the rolls 31, 32 the speed of which is switched in two steps by a change-over switch and an electromagnetic clutch 23 so that two kinds of tape windings can be conducted. |
